Just wanted to say thank you for the amazing work you've done with our loans and the new purchase, we really appreciate it.

What seemed like an impossible settlement date given the delays with the loan docs from FirstMac, and the issues with getting three banks on board, didn't seem to get in the way. The fact that settled on time is nothing short of a miracle.

I don't know if it's the super hero cape or the magicians hat and the endless supply of rabbits. Maybe its a combination of those.
